HOW WE CAN HELP
Having started as a Chartered Accountant, over the last 25 years Eric has been involved in buying and selling a wide number of assets and businesses valuing over £650M, in both Principal and advisory capacities. He has worked with both private investors, private equity firm’s and family offices.

He understands deals from a commercial as well as legal and tax perspective, meaning we can: minimise risks, maximise value and keep up the maintain the momentum of during a transaction.

Some of the people we work with ask us to negotiate on their behalf; others ask us to steer them through the process.

An experienced entrepreneur, Eric co-founded a group of luxury health clubs, The Third Space, which sold in 2014. He has extensive knowledge of property. He also sits as Senior Trustee of the Graythwaite Estate in Cumbria.
